Community Pets for Adoption

Below you will see area pets being rehomed by their current families or finders We offer this service to members of our community who are seeking to directly place their pets in new homes, without needing to take their pet or stray to a shelter.

Please Note: These pets are not at Polk County Humane Society. They are with their previous owners or finders. It is the responsibility of current owners to disclose any bite history to potential adopters. Rehoming platforms connect people looking to rehome their pets with interested adopters. When you inquire about a pet, you will be in direct communication with their family or finder through the platform itself. It is the responsibility of the individuals who express interest in a particular pet listed on these pages to obtain and verify information about the pet’s medical, behavior and bite history.
